With a deep-rooted passion for technology and innovation, Ranjith has consistently driven his teams to deliver cutting-edge audio-visual production solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish AV LIFE — a specialized event production agency, in 2023.
Now serving as the Head of Visual Experience at Event Gear LLP, Ranjith brings his passion for technology and creativity to elevate every project — from corporate events and expos to concerts, weddings, and major installations — ensuring unforgettable visual experiences for every client.

Punith Kumar K, a seasoned audio professional, brings over a decade of expertise in live sound engineering. He began his journey at Prolytes, where he served for 12 years, heading the Sound Department and delivering excellence as a lead sound engineer.
With a career that spans working alongside numerous bands across all genres of India, Punith's deep passion for sound and technology shines through in every project he undertakes. Driven by his love for audio craftsmanship, he launched his own venture, Ampersound Productions LLP, which he successfully ran for two years, specializing in live event audio production.
Today, Punith is widely sought after by leading experiential marketing agencies for his flawless handling of conferences and corporate events, where precision and clarity are critical.
